About
Balance Festival is London's leading wellness festival — a three-day event at The Old Truman Brewery on Brick Lane covering fitness, food, mindfulness, and wellbeing. The festival brings together fitness classes (from HIIT to yoga to boxing), cooking demonstrations, nutrition talks, wellness workshops, and a marketplace of health and fitness brands. The class programme is excellent — top instructors from London's best studios run sessions throughout the day. The Nutrition Theatre has talks from dietitians, food writers, and chefs on healthy eating. The marketplace has food and drink producers, supplement brands, fitness wear, and wellness products. The atmosphere is energetic and positive. Tickets include access to classes (book your slots when you arrive — popular sessions fill up), talks, and the marketplace. The food available on site is naturally health-focused — expect smoothie bowls, protein pancakes, and plant-based everything. Whether you're a dedicated fitness enthusiast or just curious about wellness trends, the festival has something to offer.
